Step 1

Form is filled by the applicant.

Point 6 of the form, coordinates/ latitudes and longitudes to be sought from Local Municipality if the applicant isn’t clear on the matter.

Step 3

Point 10 of the form needs a Municipal Stamp or Stamp of Traditional Authority. This part is stamped by either the Local Municipality or the Traditional Leader.

The first point of action of the form is the local municipality or traditional leader for stamping

After the form is filled completely, it is sent to ECPGNC for processing.

If the application is of a human being, a consent letter from the family is required. That can be coupled with the profile of the person, who is proposed in the application. This is to say, one cannot propose a person and not have a clue of who that person is.
